Print with Personality will not sell or give out your personal information to third party companies for any reason.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS ground. Please let us know at the time of your order via our "contact us" page if you need your items to arrive by a certain date and we can use an alternate shipping method however extra charges will apply.
If you are sending your gift to a P.O. Box, your order will be shipped via The US Postal Service.
There will be 6% sales tax added to every order.
Order Turnaround Time
Most items will be delivered to you within 5-10 business days. All invitations and announcements will arrive within 7-10 business days after proof has been approved by customer. See more info on proofs below! Stamps, ink pads, and stampable note cards will arrive within 8-12 business days.
All of the above information is based on estimates only, if you need your items to be guarnteed to arrive by a certain date please use the "contact us" link and let us know what you need and when you will need it by. We will then make every attempt to have the products to you by your date and may need to expedite your shipping, if this is nessesary, additonal charges will apply for shipping. We will contact you back via email or phone to discuss further details.
Return Policy
Please check to see that you have spelled all names correctly and all information is correct. All items will be printed or made exactly as you have ordered them. We can not accept returns on personalized items.
If your order was damaged in shipping, please call us immediately. We will file a claim with UPS and replace your item. We will only accept returns on damaged items 15 days from the date of shipment.
Proofs
There are no proofs available for personalized stationary, note blocks, address labels, napkins, or guest towels.
All invitations and announcements will receive a proof. A proof will be sent to your email address (if email provided only) within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Please check everything on your proof. If anything needs to be changed/corrected on your proof there is an addtional $7 charge to make a new proof. Once you have checked your proof please email us back asap with your changes or to let us know it is ready to be printed. We will NOT begin printing the invitation or announcement until we have received an email from you approving your proof. If you do not provide an email address, the invitation/announcement will go directly to be printed. Once the proof has been approved by you the invitation will arrive to you within 7-10 business days.
You may request a proof of your stamp design, however there is a $10 charge for this service. To request a proof of your stamp please DO NOT place your order first. Please use the "contact us" link and let us know you would like a proof of your stamp before placing your order, after emailing us place your order. In order to get all products to you as quickly as possible, we are constantly accepting orders and beginning production therefore if you place your order before notifiying us that you would like a proof, most likely your stamp will already be started.
